Lotus leaf cake
Overview
I made braised pork with pickled vegetables at home, and it reminded me of the dish of lotus leaf pancakes with meat that I had eaten in restaurants. I will try it at home!

Take a bowl and put flour in it. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour

Then add an appropriate amount of warm water and knead it into a smooth dough, then place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size

After fermentation, the dough is flattened and deflated

Divide into 5 equal parts and roll into balls, let rest for 15 minutes

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval

Brush salad oil on top

Fold the oiled side inside

After washing the comb, press out the pattern

Pinch it in the middle with your hands

Add warm water to the pot, put the prepared dough into a steamer, cover it, and ferment for 20 minutes

After fermentation is completed, steam over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes
