Clean the radish tassel.

Add some salt to the boiling water, blanch the radish leaves, then drain into cold water.

Squeeze out the water from the radish stalks and chop into fine pieces. Flatten the garlic cloves and chop into fine pieces.

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry minced garlic over low heat.

Add the radish leaves and stir-fry, add some water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add salt and oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
