Overview

The two loquat trees behind the house are full of fruit during the Qingming Festival every year. After eating some at home and sharing some with relatives and friends, there will still be a lot of leftovers. It would be a pity to lose them, so I came up with a way to make jam, which can be stored for a relatively long time!
