Peel and wash the radish and cut into thin strips.

Heat the cold oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and dried shrimps and sauté until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until soft.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Cook over medium heat for ten minutes and add a little salt.
