  1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: white radish, red pepper, ginger

  2. Wash and cut the white radish into cubes.

  3. Put it in a basin, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 2 hours, then drain the water and set aside.

  4. Make the juice: Add ginger shreds, red pepper shreds and white sugar to the bowl.

  5. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar and stir evenly.

  6. Pour the prepared juice into the reserved radish and marinate for 24 hours.
