Wash the eggplant and beans, chop the garlic, mince the dried chili peppers and chop them into pieces

Add two small spoons of salt to the eggplant and marinate for ten minutes, then drain and wash

Fry the green beans in hot oil until they are a little dry and stir-fry them out

Sauté minced garlic and dried chili oil until fragrant

Add eggplant and stir-fry

Stir-fry for a few minutes, then add the beans and stir-fry
