😄Rinse the dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water until soft, take them out, squeeze out the water and cut them into small pieces for later use. Keep the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms for later use! 😄Cut the cabbage into small pieces! Cut the pork into small pieces and separate the fat and leanness! (Forgot to take a photo) 😄 Wash the chili, star anise and ginger and set aside!
-
Heat the oil in a hot pot with cold oil. Add the fatty meat and stir-fry over low heat until it changes color and the oil comes out. Then add the lean meat part and ginger (if it is pork belly, you can stir-fry it together)
-
I don’t have dried squid at home and use dried fish instead, which is more delicious. You can add some scallops, dried shrimps, or dried shrimps!
-
Fry the dried fish in oil until it turns slightly brown!
-
Chop the star anise and dried chili peppers and throw them into the pot to release the fragrance!
-
After the chili and star anise are fragrant, add salt, thirteen spices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a few drops of vinegar to the pot and stir-fry evenly!
-
Add the washed and drained rice and stir-fry until the rice is dry but not mushy!
-
Pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms and bring to a boil (just enough water to cover the rice) and taste it to see if it tastes right!
-
Add the cabbage, mix well, pour it into the rice cooker, and steam it according to the usual dry rice cooking function! (If you like crispy cabbage, you can wait until the rice is cooked, stir-fry the cabbage over high heat, and mix it into the cooked rice.)
-
Press the standard cooking button and wait...
-
After steaming, the aroma is overflowing!
-
Start eating, perfect with a bowl of seaweed and egg drop soup!

Delicious and easy to make, a perfect quick meal for summer!
