Curry rice
Overview
1: Dice the onion and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. 2: Heat the pan with oil and cook the meat until half rare. 3: Sauté the onions until they become soft and translucent. 4: Add water to the pot, pour onions, carrots, meat, potatoes, and cover the ingredients with water. 5: After the water boils, turn off the heat, add the curry cubes, stir until the curry cubes melt and then simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
