Stir-fried snow peas with bamboo shoots
Overview
We locals call snow peas lentils, and good bean lovers keep correcting my wording. You can't call it a habit, it's hard to change. But I still remind myself again and again not to call it wrong again, otherwise everyone will laugh. It also prevents everyone from asking what kind of bean it is haha.

bamboo shoots, 300g snow peas, 400g meat strips

Wash and cut the ingredients and set aside.

The strips of meat are fried with oil and are slightly brown. Pour off the excess oil to make it healthier.

Add the bamboo shoots and snow peas and stir-fry until cooked for 7 minutes.
