Mix milk powder and green juice powder, add water, maltose, egg white, and white sugar and stir evenly.

Brush the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of olive oil and pour in the sugar mass.

Remove and flatten.

Cut into cubes. It is best to take it out and cut it into pieces after flattening it. Over time, the sugar will become brittle and not easy to cut
