Soften butter and mix with powdered sugar

Use a whisk to beat the butter and sugar powder until evenly mixed

Sift in the flour and use a spatula to stir evenly into a dough; butter melts faster in summer, so you can put the dough in the refrigerator to make it easier to work with

Take a piece of dough about 22 grams, shape it into a round ball and flatten it on the baking sheet. Cut out 2 small balls as eyes. Cut the almonds in half and place them on the dough to make the mouth. Use a toothpick to make marks on the dough

Preheat the upper tube of the oven to 160 degrees and the lower tube to 150 degrees. After preheating is in place, place the baking pan on the middle and upper shelf of the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes. Bake 2 pans in total

Take out the baked biscuits and let them cool. Use melted chocolate to stick jelly beans on the eyes of the owl. Use a toothpick to make traces of cake flour. Dip a little melted chocolate into it and smear on it. The biscuits are now decorated
