Cloud Leg Mooncake
Overview
After working all night to make mooncakes, there was a little cloud leg filling leftover, so I continued to make cloud leg mooncakes to get rid of it. The stuffing is homemade, but not by me. This hastily made filling is not very good, it has a lot of flavor and texture, and it takes time to complete, not simply mixing. Since that's the case, let's make do with it. Last year, we tried three recipes for cloud leg mooncakes, and this year we have a fourth recipe. Of course you have to give it a try.
