【Hebei】Condensed milk cake
Overview
This condensed milk pancake is made of wonton wrappers. Just put some condensed milk between the wonton wrappers and fry them. The texture is fine, but... here comes the scary part. It's quite troublesome to make it look as beautiful as a flower. Haha, simple things are made complicated, and we just mess around when we don't agree.

Use a mold to press out the wonton wrapper into a round shape

Pick out a few pieces of round dough and use flower pieces to emboss the patterns.

Squeeze some condensed milk on the round dough (I randomly put the three flavors of Nestlé Eagle Mark condensed milk at home), then cover it with another piece of round dough, then squeeze on the cream, and repeat in order, four to five pieces of round dough are stacked (the number of layers is up to your liking).

Place a piece of patterned dough on the top layer for decoration
