Wash the bitter melon, remove the flesh, cut into shreds and set aside.

Peel and wash the onion, cut into strips and set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a plate and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add onions and saute until fragrant, then add mung bean sprouts and bitter melon, season with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
