Take vegetables out of the refrigerator and defrost them in advance.

Blanch it with boiling water.

Pinch it dry to control moisture.

Cut carrots and ham into small cubes.

Set aside ham sausage.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add diced carrots and stir-fry.

When the diced carrots are slightly soft, add the vegetables.

Stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add salt and a little sugar to taste. I like to make this dish a little sweeter to make it more delicious.
