Chop the three-yellow chicken into small pieces, boil in cold water and remove.

Peel and dice the potatoes, dice the onions, green peppers and red peppers, slice the ginger, and chop the shallots into chopped green onions and set aside.

Heat the pot, pour oil, add sugar, and let it dissolve over low heat

Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the chicken skin is browned

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and beer, pour in potato cubes and ginger slices, add an appropriate amount of water to level with the chicken pieces, and cook for twenty minutes.

When the soup is almost gone, add onions and pepper cubes and cook for ten minutes.

Remove from the pot and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
