Many people say that children born in the 1990s in Beijing cannot cook! Actually that’s not the case~ I can cook a lot of home-cooked dishes... almost all of them~ I happen to have fish at home today, so let’s make fish~

Trim the fish and fry it. Fry both sides - it doesn't take too long. About 1 minute on each side.

While frying the fish, boil the water and add onions, ginger and garlic.

Put the fish into the boiling water... put it in gently. After 2 minutes, start to skim off the foam...

Just put wine, white wine will do~ I put Korean soju~ the effect is almost the same~

Boil the soup until it is 1/2 of its original size, and add 3 teaspoons of salt! Very small spoon ~ simmer for another 2 minutes.
