Overview

Hebei Tofu---a very popular soup dish here in Handan, Hebei Province. People here like spicy food and numbness, but they also like this dish very much. It is fresh and fragrant. After eating dishes with strong flavors, Hebei Tofu is light and tasty. It is a good choice for soup dishes. I still thought, I just learned to take care of and serve dishes, so I would choose such a non-brightly colored soup, right? But in order to give everyone the opportunity to try one of our special dishes, I took the risk and tried it.
