Peel the water chestnuts, slice them, and soak them in water to prevent oxidation.

Soak black fungus in water and wash.

Wash and cut celery.

Boil the water and blanch the water chestnuts, black fungus and celery.

Remove from filtered water.

Cut the meat into thin strips, add a small amount of starch and mix well.

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded pork and garlic, stir-fry, then add water chestnuts, black fungus, celery, a small amount of salt and oil, stir-fry for a while.

Add a little starch water and stir fry.
