Ingredients (chopped ribs, sliced ginger)

Fried pork ribs.

Cut the bitter melon in half and scoop out the seeds.

Cut half of the bitter melon into 4 strips, then cut into thick slices.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the bitter melon and marinate for a while.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, add the pork ribs and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine (fragrant) and Zhuhou sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of salt (the water covers the ribs), cover with a lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When you have time to braise the ribs, rinse the salted bitter melon with water.

Squeeze the water out with your hands and set aside.

Chop the garlic and tempeh, and cut the green onion into sections and set aside.

After simmering for 20 minutes, remove the ribs and set aside.

After the pot is hot, pour in the oil and sauté the minced garlic and mashed beans until fragrant.

Add bitter melon and stir-fry.

After frying, add appropriate amount of water.

Then add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the braised pork ribs and cook until cooked and the juice is reduced.
