Rich vegetable, meatball and tofu soup
Overview
My grandpa got Fu Gui Cai from nowhere when I was a kid. He said it could cure coughs and it was very effective. If someone at home had a cough and asked grandpa for it, grandpa would only give five slices at a time, as if they were precious. My mother took care of the flowers and plants that my grandpa left behind, but because there was a pharmacy at home, the rich vegetables were not put to use. Instead, I grew them outside, all over the balcony. Whenever I heard someone at home had a cough, I introduced this to my classmates, and sent grass heads to my classmates and vegetable seedlings. Now my colleagues use it to stir-fry it as green vegetables. Baidu Encyclopedia checked it and introduced it like this: Fugui Cai is light in taste and cold in nature. It has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, stopping bleeding, and cooling blood. It can treat acute conjunctivitis, high fever in children, and cardiopulmonary fever.

Buy some fat and lean pork, with less fat, add some water, some salt, some sweet potato starch, chop it

Pick rich vegetables, home-made vegetables are not dirty, wash them twice and put them on top of the meat

Boil a pot of water. When it's almost boiling, turn down the heat

Use a spoon to scoop the meat into balls and put it into the pot

Simmer over low heat for five to six minutes, then bring to a boil over high heat
