Overview

This is a vegan Korean doenjang soup, only tofu, kelp, seasoned with beef powder, the taste is much richer than the soup made simply with doenjang.

  1. This is Korean doenjang, rather dry;

  2. Soak the miso in hot water and stir the miso with a spoon;

  3. Prepare tofu and kelp, the kelp has been blanched;

  4. Put the soaked soybean paste into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over high heat;

  5. Add tofu and kelp and continue cooking. It doesn’t matter if it takes longer;

  6. Cook for about 20 minutes and add beef powder to taste;

  7. Continue cooking for 10 minutes and serve.
