Fish maw and beef tendon soup
Overview

Slice ginger and set aside.

Soak the fish maw in advance until soft, then put it with the beef tendons in a pot and cover with water. When you see that the fish maw and beef tendons have shrunk, pick them up and cut the beef tendons into small pieces so that they can soften easily when cooked.
