Wash the cucumber and cut it into hob pieces with a knife.

Marinate with appropriate amount of salt until water comes out.

Prepare peeled pears, green garlic stalks, onions, and Korean sweet and spicy sauce

Chop pears, onions, and green garlic stalks into fine pieces.

Remove excess water from the pickled cucumbers and add Korean hot sauce.

Add the other chopped ingredients.

Mix well.

Cover, let sit at room temperature for half an hour, put in the refrigerator, and eat after five or six hours or more.
