Baked Cauliflower with White Sauce
Overview
Fresh cauliflower is in season. Tomato cauliflower, minced meat cauliflower, cold cauliflower, meat and vegetable combinations are all delicious. But you can also eat it like this: mix a Western white sauce and pour it into the cauliflower, add grated cheese, and bake it in the oven. Sprinkle with a handful of chopped dill when serving. Warm, light and refreshing, it is not only suitable for winter consumption, but also a classic side dish.

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets

Add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of flour to the whole pot of water to make flour water
