Slice beef tenderloin thinly.

Add cooking wine, water starch and vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Mix cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt into sauce.

Cut celery into sections and shred onions.

Blanch the celery in boiling water, remove and cool.

Heat oil in a pan, add beef and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Add onions and celery and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
