Hairtail meat is delicate, delicious and nutritious. Braised hairtail is the most common cooking method. It is fried and then seared to absorb the flavor. It goes well with wine and rice.

Wash the hairtail, drain and cut into sections

Prepare seasonings

Pour oil into a hot pan, heat the oil to 7 minutes and add a little cornstarch (so that the oil will not splash around)

Put the hairtail into the pot piece by piece

Fry until both sides change color and then remove

Add the green onion, ginger and garlic cloves and stir out the aroma

Then return the hairtail to the pot and pour in rice wine

Pour in the braised soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Then add boiling water and cook to taste
