Stir-fried colorful beans

Stir-fried colorful beans

Overview

It’s the season for eating green beans again, so I went to the supermarket and bought some beans. I originally planned to make stir-fried beans, but recently I got very angry, so I thought of a different way to eat them. I saw that there were still green and red peppers, carrots and dried beans left in the refrigerator, so I mixed them together and fried them. I didn’t expect to eat them with fried chicken!

  9. Heat the oil, pour in the dried bean curd and stir-fry until fragrant. Dish out and set aside. The reason why we fry them separately is because the dried tofu and Chinese sausage are salty in nature, so there is no need to add salt when frying.
