Overview

Super simple kimbap, if you remove the hour of simmering the rice, basically 10 minutes is enough. The most important thing is to adjust the acidity of the juice. If you don’t like it too sour, you can add more sugar. The meat floss has a larger grainy texture and a crisper texture, so I added two kinds of meat floss, one powdery and one granular.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients and simmer the fragrant rice and glutinous rice.
