First chop the walnuts slightly and set aside. (No need to bake)

Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl over water and mix well.

Add brown sugar and stir until sugar is almost dissolved. (If there are particles in the brown sugar, you need to use a mixer to break it first. I forgot to break it, and it took a long time to stir before it melted)

Add the beaten egg liquid in two portions and mix evenly.

Sift in the mixture of cake flour and cocoa powder and mix well.

Add 30 grams of chopped walnuts and mix well. Do not over mix.

Put the cake batter into a piping bag, pipe it into the cake mold, and sprinkle with the remaining chopped walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, and bake for about 25 minutes.
