Wash the northern tofu with clean water, cut into 1.5cm thick slices, drain the water and set aside;

Mix 1 spoon of Sichuan pepper powder, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of pepper and 1 spoon of salt evenly. The spoon is the one in the picture;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pot and heat it up, put the tofu into the pot and fry slowly over medium heat until both sides are slightly brown;

If it is a pan, just sprinkle the seasoning mixed in step 2 on the tofu, do not turn off the heat, continue to fry for a while, then sprinkle with chopped green onion, fry for 3S, remove from the pan, put on a plate and serve; if you use a wok like me, fry the tofu until brown, then remove from the pan and put on a plate;
