Prepare ingredients

Put all ingredients into the pot and add two teaspoons of rice wine

Cook for twenty minutes

Cool the cooked chicken breast naturally and tear it into shreds (you can pat the cooked chicken breast a few times with a kitchen knife to make it easier to tear)

In a bowl, add chopped green onion, chili powder, minced garlic, and crushed peanuts

Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, three teaspoons of chili oil, half a teaspoon of pepper oil, a little chicken powder and mix well

Pour the seasoning into the shredded chicken and mix well
