Ingredients: Pork ribs (blanched), pickled cabbage (washed), dried chili peppers (cut)

Place the washed pickled cabbage on a chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add dried chili peppers to the pan.

Then, add the blanched pork ribs and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add some water to boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Then, add the chopped pickled cabbage, stir and bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.
