  2. Marinate the pork slices with salt, soy flour and white sugar oil. Cut the tofu into cubes and cut the green onion into flowers and set aside.

  3. Chili padi, fish sauce, and appropriate amount of pepper.

  4. Put the pickled cabbage and chili padi in the soup pot and simmer for 15 minutes to bring out the flavor of the pickled cabbage and chili padi. Then add the pork and tofu and simmer for about 10 minutes.

  5. Finally, add fish sauce, pepper, salt, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
