Crispy Fish Nuggets
Overview
When many outsiders come to our small seaside town, their first choice is to taste seafood. Many people will say that your seafood method is too simple. Shellfish are mainly steamed, and fish are mainly stewed in sauce. There are no other methods. Looking back, our local seafood does not have any other innovative methods. We keep the taste of the seafood itself as the basis, so we do not add any strong seasonings to cover up the freshness of the seafood. This is what we call the original taste. However, like us seaside people who often eat seafood cooked in traditional ways, sometimes we want to break the rules, change the taste, try a creative way, and discover another kind of beauty in food. Today is a crispy and fragrant fish nugget made by myself. In fact, when you see the name of this dish, you will think of freshwater fish, sea fish and matchmaker fish in the sea. This is the first time I have made it, the first time I have seen it, the first time I have eaten it, but it tastes really good, and it goes very well with rice.
