Thawed Tomahawk

Use kitchen paper to wipe away the blood on the surface of the steak

Cut the garlic and use it to wipe the surface of the steak to remove the fishy smell

Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. I used rose salt. You can sprinkle more. After all, the steak is very thick. Then apply a layer of olive oil. Virgin olive oil will be better. Then give the steak a full massage

Massage thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes

During this 15 minutes, you can prepare the side dishes, cut the onions, potatoes, and apples. In fact, you can freely use the side dishes. I don’t have any pears at home, but it would actually be delicious if I added pears. I forgot to take pictures at this stage.

Heat a frying pan, add butter, and when the oil boils, add the garlic you just wiped with the steak to add flavor.

When there is smoke in the pot, always use high heat to fry the steak for 1 minute and 30 seconds on the front, 1 minute and 30 seconds on the back, and also adjust the time on the side to seal the edges of the steak.

Take the fried tomahawk out of the pot and put it on the baking sheet. The tin foil is used up, so there is no tin foil. Sprinkle black pepper and sea salt again, then add the garnishes, cut the garlic and place it on the surface of the steak

Put in the preheated oven at 230 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for 20 minutes, until fully cooked.

Take the steak out of the baking pan and place it on a plate, sprinkle with thyme, be sure to let it rest for 10 minutes, and then you can start! It’s really delicious, especially the meat where it’s connected to the bones is the most delicious! Haha!
