First peel the walnuts and chop them into fine pieces. Spare

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes, put 85g of flour into the oven and bake for fifteen minutes until it looks like the picture below. After baking, let it cool and set aside

Sift the baked flour with the remaining 45g of flour, baking soda, and baking powder (if you use powdered sugar, you should also sift the powdered sugar in this step)

Add sugar and mix

Add salt and oil and knead into granules.

Add the chopped walnuts into the kneaded flour and mix evenly

Add eggs and knead into dough

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour. (Please ignore Sydney’s dough bowl)

After half an hour, knead the dough evenly and place it on a baking sheet lined with oil paper

Flatten the dough and place in the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes. (The temperature required for different ovens is different, so everyone must always pay attention)
