  1. Prepare first by washing and drying the pork belly and setting aside

  2. Then put the barbecued pork sauce, honey and salt together and marinate

  3. Seal the marinated pork belly with plastic wrap and marinate it overnight (because it will be more flavorful). If time does not allow, you can marinate it for two hours or grill it

  4. I marinated this overnight. Preheat the oven for ten minutes, then put it in the oven and adjust it for 80 minutes. Bake at 190 degrees with top and bottom heat. (You can turn it over every fifteen minutes during this period and brush with a layer of remaining honey)
