Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water starch to each and mix well.

Heat a little oil in a pan, spread the egg whites and egg yolks into large discs and pack them up.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, set aside a little of the rice to make ping pong balls, and add the rest to soy sauce and stir-fry until brown.

Put the fried rice into a large plate and press it into a racket shape, as shown in the picture.

Cut the egg yolk into a racket-sized shape with scissors.

Drape it over the racket. Leave a little on one end of the handle.
