Soak the dried rice noodles in cold water until soft.

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Cut cabbage, green peppers, and onions into shreds, and cut chives into short sections.

Beat the eggs with salt, cooking wine and a little water.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry into pieces and serve.

Add additional oil to the pot, first add onions, cowpeas, and cabbage and stir-fry for a while.
