Crush the old tofu and mix well with the pork, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, premium gold label light soy sauce, sugar, and a little cooking wine and mix well.

Put oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat it over low heat, take an appropriate amount of meat filling and roll it into a meatball, flatten it with your palms, put it in the pan, and fry over high heat until one side of the meatloaf is formed.

Use a spatula to turn the meatloaf over and fry until both sides are slightly charred. Add chopped onion and cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for about half a minute. Remove from the pot and put on a plate and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
