Honey Spicy Chicken Wings
Overview
I had some chili sauce left over from making boiled beef. I didn’t want to waste it, so I used it to make spicy grilled wings!

Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. Apply honey evenly on both surfaces of the chicken wings

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and place the chicken wings on the baking sheet

Squeeze in orange juice, just the right amount, to remove the fishy smell

Add a little salt

Add soy sauce (just lay the chicken wings flat enough to cover half of them)

Add chili sauce (what you usually like)

Gently massage with hands until absorbed and marinate for half an hour

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and place the chicken wings on the baking sheet

Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. Apply honey evenly on both surfaces of the chicken wings

Bake for about 15 minutes. The chicken wings are ready to eat (depending on the oven, you can bake for 5 minutes longer)

Charred on the outside and tender on the inside, it’s all gone within a minute of serving
