Stir-fried Pork Liver and Spinach
Overview
This dish is also a confinement meal made by the beloved Teacher Shi. Although some time has passed, when I see these pictures, I seem to see the teacher teaching us how to cook step by step. The pork liver processed by the teacher is particularly tender and very delicious. In order to facilitate taking pictures, a classmate volunteered to pose for us. It was so cute!

Cut the pork liver into slices.

Add pork liver to shredded green onion, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, garlic slices, starch and salt, mix well with hands and marinate for 10 minutes.

After picking out the onions, ginger and garlic, rinse the pork liver. Add cooking wine, pepper, starch, sesame oil, and salt to taste.

Wash the spinach.

Blanch spinach in boiling water.
