Overview

Ingredients: 1500G octopus, 5 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of water. Sauce: 1 clove of minced garlic, 15G of light soy sauce, 50G of sesame oil. Method: 1. Take out the viscera of the octopus, turn the belly out when cleaning, cut off the internal organs with a knife, and then clean with water. 2. Put the octopus into the pressure cooker and add the ginger slices. 3. Pour in the cooking wine. 4.
