Cut the grass carp into thin slices and cut the fish bones into sections

Add salt, fish sauce, self-ground Sichuan peppercorns, and Sichuan peppercorn oil and marinate until fragrant

Wash and chop the pickled cabbage, chop the chili pepper

Pour into oil pan and sauté until fragrant

Add 150g spicy boiled fish seasoning

Stir fry until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water
