A cake that parents should love - blueberry matcha
Overview
It’s time for a holiday! I plan to give my parents a love cake. If I am not at home for a long time, I will bring a small gift when I go back occasionally. I hope my parents will like it. Matcha cake is not very sweet, so it should be a good choice for parents who don’t like sweets. Blueberries are sour and sweet, and delicious! And I heard that it is good for the eyes and looks good when used as cake decoration. I hurriedly made it last night. While beating the egg whites, I was thinking that I must buy an egg beater, otherwise my arms would be really sore!
