Overview
To make egg rolls, you must buy an egg roll machine. This kitchenware is not expensive. You can buy it for more than fifty yuan. It is about 20 centimeters in diameter. It is very practical. The egg roll butter in this recipe has a stronger flavor, and the egg roll is not as crispy as expected. Later, I improved it, changing the eggs to 4 whole eggs, and the butter to 135 grams of liquid oil, and then added a quarter spoon of vanilla essence to mask the taste of the oil. Pour all the egg liquid and egg yolk liquid into the cooking bowl and beat evenly.

The egg roll mold has been preheated in advance. Place your hand 10cm directly above it. If it feels warm, scoop a small spoonful of batter into the middle of the egg roll mold.

After adding the batter, quickly cover the egg roll mold and bake both sides over low heat until cooked.

Finally, roll it up quickly with chopsticks. After rolling it up, close the mouth at the bottom, take out a chopstick and shape it, and press the non-round place with chopsticks.
