Crab Roe Fried Rice Cake

Boil the rice cake until soft

Cool with cold water

Clean the crab with a brush

Cut in half, remove the internal organs and wash them

Mix the crab with onions, ginger, a tablespoon of starch, and a tablespoon of cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes

Heat oil (a little more than for cooking)

Fried crab

Fry until red and set aside

Use the base oil for frying crabs: sauté onion, ginger and garlic, then add crab roe
-
After stir-frying, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, half a tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cooking wine
-
Add rice cake and stir-fry evenly, add half a spoon of sugar and 1 gram of chicken essence and serve. (I didn’t add salt, my family is light)
