Soft and mellow---roasted garlic

Soft and mellow---roasted garlic

Overview

The roasted garlic cloves are slightly charred. When you peel off the garlic skin, the garlic meat has lost its original wateriness and appears slightly yellow in color. Take a bite and it is salty and soft, and a strong and unique aroma fills your mouth.
