Peel and slice the spring bamboo shoots, blanch them in cold water, take them out and set aside.

Wash the green garlic and cut into small pieces. Soak the dried squid until soft and cut into pieces.

For canned conch, use half.

Put the bamboo shoot slices, half a can of conch and squid slices into the electric cooker, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
